01 Information We Collect
1.1 — Information you provide
- Alarm settings and schedules you create within the App.
- Challenge preferences you configure for each alarm.
- Subscription and purchase information, processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
1.2 — Information collected automatically
- Onboarding completion status and paywall interaction state (stored locally on your device).
- Premium subscription entitlement status (managed via RevenueCat).
- Anonymous device identifiers used by RevenueCat for subscription management.
1.3 — Camera and photos
When you attempt a photo-based challenge, the App temporarily accesses your device camera to capture a verification photo. That photo is transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service solely to verify task completion. We do not store, retain, or share your photos beyond this verification step. Photos are not saved to your device's photo library unless you explicitly save them.
1.4 — Notifications
The App requests permission to send local notifications to trigger your alarms. Notification delivery is handled on-device via Apple's AlarmKit and notification framework. We do not transmit notification content to our servers.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Deliver alarm and challenge functionality.
- Verify photo challenge completion via AI analysis.
- Process and manage your premium subscription through RevenueCat.
- Improve the App's performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your information for targeted advertising.
03 Third-Party Services
3.1 — RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase history to fulfil subscription management. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy for details on their data practices.
3.2 — Google Gemini AI
Photos captured during photo-based challenges are sent to Google's Gemini AI service for automated verification. This transmission occurs over an encrypted connection. Google's processing of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not associate these photos with your identity and do not retain them after verification is complete.
3.3 — Apple
Purchases, payments, and device-level permissions (camera, notifications) are managed by Apple. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
04 Data Storage and Security
Most App data — alarm schedules, settings, onboarding state — is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). We do not operate a user account system and do not store personal data on our own servers.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (TLS encryption for all network requests) and at rest (device-level security).
05 Data Retention
Locally stored data (alarm settings, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear App data. Photos used for challenge verification are not retained by us after the verification response is received. Subscription data managed by RevenueCat is subject to their own retention policies.
06 Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can manage or delete it directly by modifying your alarm settings or uninstalling the App.

08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
